All girls are competing either JV or Varsity at this meet.

Location: Patrick Henry High School Athletic Building 6-900 St. Rte. 18 Hamler, Ohio 43524
(It takes about 45 minutes from the High School)

Be at the bus by 6:50 am
BUS WILL LEAVE PHS @ 6:55 AM
Girls need to be dressed in warm up, leo, hair done. warm layers and blanket. The bus will be cold!
There is a sheet added to the Google docs meet sign up for parents’gymnasts to contribute 1 thing to the food list. We are here for a long time and I have found most girls do not eat before they go.

Here is what is on the list for those of you who have trouble opening it on your phone.

Meet Schedule:
*All times are approximate and may change due to total number of entries

8:00 – 8:15-Open Stretch and Bar sets only 8:10 – Coaches Meeting
Warm up 1st event 8:15 Warm up 2nd 8:45
March in and meet begins at 9 Approximate 12:00 pm Awards
Concession Stand/Food will be available the entire time.
Admission: $5 Adult, $3 Student
PH will have T-shirts for sale.

Directions: PH is located on State Route 18, between State Rt. 65 and 109. There are numerous ways to get to the High School.

From the north: 75 south- exit at the rte 6 exit (Napoleon exit) take rte 6 west to McClure turn south onto St. Rt. 65 (a left onto 65) – turn right onto St. Rt. 18 and go west a couple miles, the HS is on your right. Or: 281 West to County Rd. 7- turn left onto Co. Rd. 7 the HS will be on your left about 3-4 miles down the road.

From the south/east: 75 N to North Baltimore exit- turn left off exit onto St. Rt. 18 west – Follow 18 W. through North Baltimore to Hoytville through Deshler – outside of Deshler turn right onto 65 S. /18 – then left onto 18 going west again- HS will be on your right a couple miles down the road.

Seniors: **** PARENTS OF SENIOR YOU WILL ESCORT YOUR DAUGHTER ON THE FLOOR AS WE ANNOUNCE THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS.  PLEASE BE READY TO DO THIS WITH THEM.  THE GIRLS WERE GIVING A FORM TO FILL OUT FOR ME TO READ ON SENIOR NIGHT.

YMCA will be finishing up their practice at 6:00 pm.  So please do not arrive earlier.

• All seating will be upstairs.
• Limited handicapped seating downstairs.
• No concessions will be offered.

Everyone set up:  very limited just judges tables and chairs.  Move only mats under high beams for judge.  Not a big set up at all. Or clean up

NLL admission will be charged:
Adults: $7.00
Students: $5.00

All OHSAA Rules and Policies will be in effect. Note: uniform regulations will be expected regarding warm-up, march-in, and competition. Coaches, please review these regulations with your team. (Many of these regulations there are no warnings, prior to deductions.)  Competing teams, coaches and spectators must stay within the designated areas during the sporting event prior to, during and after the competition.  Only coaches, gymnasts, school personal and designated workers are permitted to be on the competition floor.  No food or drink is to be in any area of the competitive gym at any time.  ONLY water maybe with the gymnasts on the competitive floor.  All other items must be in the locker room or stands.
